Come stay the weekend or join during the hours of:

9am to 5pm on Saturday, June 8th

9am to 4pm on Sunday, June 9th

This work weekend will include planting tree guilds and working the earth’s soil and rocks to create a wildlife pond and extend walking paths to co-create the Traditional Plants of N’dakinna Trail. We are calling in anyone with skills setting up and laying irrigation, hardscape, or who dig getting down and dirty with Mother Nature!

A gluten-free breakfast with vegan & vegetarian options and lots of homegrown herbal tea will be provided! Please bring food for lunch and dinners, which we can co-create together.

We will enjoy morning movement, opening and closing circles, and fireside gatherings in the evenings.

Attendees are invited to arrive early on Friday, June 7th to participate in set-up for the weekend activities and enjoy time together on the sanctuary land.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

Blackbird's Daughter Botanicals is a sanctuary of sacred earth education that welcomes people to experience the magic intelligence of the natural world. Stewarding a woodland oasis of gardens, trails, habitats, and apothecary, this is an ever-evolving community designed for healing, skill-building, herbal education, and connection to earth and to self.

Blackbird's Daughter offers herbal apprenticeships (AHG), wellness counseling, life coaching, ceremonies, celebrations, and RitesOfPassage.

The Traditional Plants of N'dakinna Trail seeks to celebrate and educate the public about native medicinal plants, their diverse habitats, ecological importance, and long history in Indigenous cultures throughout the historical homelands of the Abenaki peoples, specifically the land we now know of as New Hampshire.
