An invitation & application from Tabi Regenerativo:

Our vision for this project is to co-create a sustainable, regenerative, Living-Lab, Research-Center and project Incubator-Hub focused on the heart of our creative nature; to inspire the merging and connecting of people, nature, and technology in harmonious integration. As a nature-based, contextual eco-community founded on the principles of restoration, we co-create unity between people and nature by using the latest frameworks and methods to meet the social and environmental needs of the region of Yucatan. 

This is the first phase of co-creation with guests, visitors, and partners from Yucatan and around the world to create the conditions necessary to enable and foster innovation in this wonderful, one-of-a-kind laboratory. A home for thought leaders, educators, researchers, scientists, creatives, impact investors, social entrepreneurs, and indigenous and local leaders in an environment of unparalleled beauty. 

What to expect: 

This is a conscious community striving to better ourselves and the earth we inhabit. We ask that you eliminate disposable products and plastic as much as possible when you arrive and take them with you when you leave. To protect the environment, soaps, shampoo and toothpaste must be biodegradable and containers recyclable. 

We also ask that you avoid processed and non-vegan/vegetarian foods/drinks. And of course, we always express our goodwill to all members of our community; we communicate consciously and work creatively, efficiently, and harmoniously with others as best we can. Sacred plants such as Tabacco and others are only welcome in ceremonial settings. No alcohol consumption or other drugs, non-smoker only, no partying. 

We are looking for long-term stays of at least two weeks. We will work 5-6 hours per day, with weekends o, depending on the accommodations for each individual. Meals will be provided Monday to Friday, and those who stay and eat on the weekends will be expected to help clean and cook meals. If you are an experienced expert, there is a possibility to work only 2-3 hours per day or receive NFTs. 

 Types of help and learning:

• Permaculture, gardening and planting.

• Local Plants knowledge and vegan cooking.

• Building restoration and renovation of historical monuments.

• Video and image recording and editing.

• Exploring, clearing paths and identifying spots.

• Contextual and vernacular architecture for pop-up camps.

• Software development, graphic and web design.

• Agile team management and decentralized project management.
  
  

Accommodations:

Since this project is in the beginning stages of development it is strongly recommended that you bring a sleeping bag/sheets, and a tent or hammock. Accommodations for a room may not always be available. However, there is an incredible amount of space and opportunity to create any needs we have swiftly including glam tents, yurts, beds, bug protection and more. 

Parking for camper vans and personal vehicles is available. For those who need to work remotely, a high-speed Internet connection with excellent connectivity is available.
